Kick Off Black History Month with Isabel Wilkerson, Pulitzer Prize-Winning Author of The Warmth of Other Suns! Founded during the beginning of the “Great Migration”, The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith, 1200 Brentnell Ave, will celebrate 100+ years in Columbus with a series of events including a FREE K-12 program, featuring Isabel Wilkerson, on February 4, 2012. The Church of Christ of the Apostolic Faith has been a vital link in Columbus since 1910 and proceeds from this event will support the Tuition Assistance Program, which has provided over $120,000 to Columbus students as well as the Food Pantry and Bread of Life Ministries which served over 1,000 families last year!
