Kindergarten Registration - Ontario Local Schools

8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Ontario Stingel Primary School will have Kindergarten Registration that will take place April 17th and 18th from 8am to 4pm. Due to the amount of paper work that you will be filling out, we recommend that children do not attend registration with you. An appointment for your child's kindergarten screening will be made when you register.

Please bring the following documentation with you:
Child's birth certificate - must be five years old on or before August 1st, 2012
Child's immunization record
Child's social security card or number
Custody papers if applicable
Proof of residence - current utility bill or lease agreement
