The Gorman Nature Center will be holding a public bird banding demonstration called "A Bird in the Hand" on Saturday, February 2nd. It will be a hands-on, birds-eye view of winter birds and bird banding. A naturalist will be catching, scientifically branding and releasing wild birds from 9am to 11am at the Nature Center.
