Family Fishing Day
Saturday, May 4, 2013 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
HomeCare Matters Home Health and Hospice and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources have joined together to present “Remember When-Family Fishing Day”, May 4th, from 8am to 2pm at Amanns Reservoir, Galion, Ohio.
Family Fishing Day is an annual event that aims to create family memories and honor memories made with passed loved ones. “Many of us remember kicking back with family and friends trying to hook the big one.” said Brandon Quail, HomeCare Matters Family Support Coordinator. “While HomeCare Matters and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources can’t provide a record-breaking fish, we can help the community reel in a free day of fishing fun that connects us with our past and makes memories that will be keepers for a lifetime.”
Remember When-Family Fishing Day is free, open to the public and Ohio residents will not need a license. Lunch, bait and tackle are provided and fishing experts will be on hand to help novice anglers. Pre-Registration information is available at www.homecarematters.org.
