Alloy Horn Quartet Concert

First Baptist Church of Seville will be hosting the Alloy Horn Quartet at 4:00pm. They will share their passion for music with the community. The quartet is named after the noun, al∙loy, which describes the combining of metals to create an improved product with greater strength and more desirable qualities. “ “Come and enjoy these talented professional artists as they share their gift of music with us,” said Benjamin Payne, Pastor at First Baptist Church of Seville. Individually, the hornists of Alloy can be found in Chicago's classical music scene. They perform with the region's top orchestras, including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Chicago Philharmonic, Millar Brass Ensemble, Milwaukee Ballet, Elgin Symphony, Wisconsin Philharmonic, Arkansas Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra, Omaha Symphony, and New Mexico Symphony. Non-symphonic appearances include bookings for Peter Gabriel, Josh Groban, Video Games Live, Il Volo, Mannheim Steamroller, Boston Brass, and others. The Alloy Horn Quartet members are Liz Deitemyer, Anna Jacobson, Kelly Langenberg, and Dana Sherman. They are an alliance of artistry and musicianship whose high-definition performances are powering their rise to the top of the chamber music scene. The Alloy Horn Quartet performs classical and contemporary genres, the quartet is enthusiastic to share its passion for music with audiences. Audience members can make a suggested donation of $10.00 at the concert to support the Alloy Horn Quartet. Doors will open at 3:00pm.
